Project Administrator

Job Description
We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to support a multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Management System.
This capability will enable better clinical decision making for the ADF.
A day in life' will see you:Administration of project registers including the compilation of reports and project correspondence (both internal and external to the customer).Provide secretariat and coordination support to Project meetings, including assisting with the creation of meeting materials (agendas and minutes).Assist with document and artefact configuration control for project data.Provide input and suggestions for continuous process improvement initiatives.Provide facilitation support to Project Managers and leads in the preparation of contract deliverables, i.e., formatting and quality checks.Provide general support for facilities management and office management including on-boarding/off-boarding, catering, group travel, and event management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
