As a Project Manager, you will understand the demands of the position, be a champion of our vision and values, support team members, and deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
This role is expected to achieve assigned KPI's and provide ownership and accountability with exceptional communication.

Job Description Position-specific tasks or responsibilities: Accelerate the throughput and efficiency of the Projects/Professional Service Team and implement controls where needed.
Evaluation of ITIL frameworks and skills required by commercial and government customers.
Ensure all internal stakeholders by way of Projects Team, AMs, and SME's are engaged to assist in the accurate scoping of projects.
As part of Project Initiation, work with the Project Engineers and contribute to the Design and Planning of the Project, its subsequent task breakdown, and the supporting Project Timeline/Schedule.
Act as a central repository for information pertaining to the project, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to answer questions or provide updates.
Ensure that project tasks are being completed on time and within budgetary constraints.
Schedule all project meetings, whether it be internal updates, client updates, or internet/external project closure meetings, with the relevant stakeholders.
Communicate any risk or issues in relation to project implementation, or the project timeline, to the relevant Manager upon immediate identification.
Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Participating in the tender process, i.e., design, submission, and review.
Managing large and diverse teams.
Desired Skills and Experience Prince2 certification.
PMP certification.
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager, or in program/project support roles, working on ICT-related projects (e.g., Office365 product suite, end user compute, infrastructure/network upgrades/replacement).
Basic understanding of Current Key Business Technologies and concepts.
Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any other relevant tools within reason.
Strong Project Management tool experience such as MS Project.
Resilient and takes ownership of accountabilities.
Flexible within agreed policy and frameworks with ability to adapt as the organisation evolves.
Ability to plan and work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail.

Team player with the ability to actively listen, process feedback, reflect, learn, and help others learn.
