Key Responsibilities : Produce accurate construction drawings and preliminary designs using 3D modeling software.Conduct field inspections to confirm existing conditions and gather critical project data.Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs meet specifications and resolve potential conflicts.Review and refine designs, continuously improving the quality of deliverables.Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years in drafting and design (or 10 years without a drafting degree)Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation (3D modeling experience preferred)Experience in utility sectors such as water, wastewater, gas, electric, or telecommunicationsKnowledge of construction techniques and project management toolsSalary & Benefits: Competitive salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and continuing education opportunities
