Developing and maintaining water dams, including new constructions, safety reviews, and upgradesCreating containment and evaporation ponds for water, leachate, and brineProviding technical advice in different water management civil disciplinesConstructing solid waste containment cells and groundwater cut-off barriersManaging gas and vapor control systemsPlanning and executing site closures, redevelopments, and remediation projectsPerforming ancillary earthworksWe serve a diverse range of clients across Water, Mining, Waste, Transport, and Construction sectors, offering comprehensive services from planning through to post-closure.
Our team includes geotechnical, environmental, and civil engineers, supported by CAD and drafting specialists, ensuring excellence in every project phase.
What You'll Do: Lead and manage high-impact projects, with a focus on water management systems civil design, structures and dams.Develop and implement strategies to address subsurface environmental risks, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.Oversee the creation and review of technical documentation, ensuring precision and quality.Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving business development and supporting project success.Manage complex project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure top-quality outcomes.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, promoting their professional growth.Contribute to strategic planning and operational management in different disciplines.About You: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering with significant experience in water sector civil works.Proven expertise in subsurface environmental risks, embankments, earthworks, and water infrastructure.Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strategic thinker, highly motivated, and committed to technical excellence and innovation.About WSP: WSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 15 offices in Australia.
