Purpose:Drive the success of RAA's digital channels in delivering for our members by managing digital development to support the realisation of RAA's digital strategy.
Lead the development and maintenance of applications and systems for assigned functional areas or business units.
Required: 8-year experience in a Software Development role or similar. Previous experience in a similar role (managing and leading teams) Experience working in professional services, agile teams, and/or consumer-facing product teams is highly regarded Knowledge of modern approaches to managing digital delivery, including agile methodologies Knowledge of full stack software development, including modern JavaScript front end development (Angular, React) and back end (NodeJS, Java, C#, Python) development Understanding of modern DevOps approaches and tooling Knowledge of software and digital architecture Awareness of effective approaches to testing and quality assurance BenefitsWe love our people at RAA and believe our employees should be rewarded for being a part of the RAA family.
