An opportunity has arisen for a Workplace Relations Manager to join the business on a permanent basis located at their Melbourne CBD head office.

The business is seeking a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation and influencing skills to join the team.
As Workplace Relations Manager, you'll:
Drive bargaining strategies and negotiations Provide expert counsel on industrial disputes Conduct investigations and represent the company at the Fair Work Commission Build and maintain influential relationships with stakeholders Thrive in a complex industrial relations environment Ideally, you will have a Juris Doctorate or legal qualification, together with relevant workplace relations experience within a complex environment.
You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to manage complex projects, influence key stakeholders across the organisation and drive positive change.
The business is open to a seasoned Employment Lawyer looking to move in-house.
