About the roleThe opportunity: Anticipating the requirements of the business, this role acts as a strategic advisor, partner and conduit between employees, senior leaders, executives and the People and Culture (P&C) team to drive superior workplace relations management and deliverables across the business and positively impact culture. With a collaborative and agile style, this role will lead, manage, and undertake a range of complex, technical and/or highly sensitive tasks.
What you'll be responsible forPromptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies.Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters.Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization's goals and meet compliance requirements.Skills you'll needWorks with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
