What the day will look like We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, driven, and successful WHS Consultant to join our professional team with our People Solutions Practice. You will be responsible for:
Delivering best-in-class WHS solutions to some of Australia's largest employers. Project managing and delivering WHS related proposals and WHS advisory engagements. Collaborating with our global network, developing new and innovative safety solutions for our Australian clients. Drafting proposals, reports, and other key project deliverables. Advising our clients on improving their safety performance. Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience in Work Health and Safety. Prior exposure to a variety of workplaces and situations. Experience in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks and WHS strategies, procedures, and processes. Formal (or working towards) a tertiary level qualification in WHS; Health, Injury Management, and/or associated degrees will be considered. Allied Health Professionals should consider applying! A strong relationship manager who can exemplify the right behaviours, engage with the broader Aon team, and provide the commercially astute direction to achieve profitable growth. Ability to present messages skilfully using a variety of media and methods. Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
