You will be a fast learner, quickly picking up data flows and the objectives of each project while enhancing the usability of the systems and design according to briefs. You will be responsible for concepting and designing experiences and interfaces that meet business and client objectives and that also excite and delight users. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Our ideal candidate will bring: Proficiency in Figma Creative and innovative design with exceptional attention to detail Organisation and efficiency, with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure Knowledge in React JS would be beneficial, but not essential Skills in stakeholder engagement Ability to work in an agile environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Figma Proficiency:
The UI designer will be responsible for building and managing all UI designs in Figma, with expertise in components, auto-layout, variant creation, and the ability to structure layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and content variations, while efficiently using variants for different states and responsive elements. Create Visual Designs:
Develop high-fidelity visual designs, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring they align with the brand's guidelines and overall aesthetic. Design User Interfaces:
Craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web, mobile, and other platforms, focusing on usability and accessibility. Collaborate with UX Designers:
Work closely with UX designers to translate wireframes, user flows, and prototypes into visually compelling interfaces. Maintain Design Systems:
Develop, implement, and maintain consistent design components and patterns through style guides, design systems, and component libraries. Optimize UI for Different Devices:
Design interfaces that are responsive and adaptive across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. Work with Developers:
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design integrity and pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs during development. Prototype and Interactions:
Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to communicate design intent and functionality. Iterate on Feedback:
Revise and refine UI designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and performance data. Ensure Consistency:
Ensure visual consistency and coherence across the product by adhering to the brand's design standards and guidelines. Stay Updated with Design Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
