You excel at simplifying complex workflows and are a hands-on designer who thrives on engaging with customers, incorporating their feedback, and collaborating closely with engineers and Product Managers to bring your ideas to life.This is a hybrid role working 1-2 days per week in the Palo Alto office.ResponsibilitiesDefine and champion Overjet's design principles and practices.Lead user research initiatives to inform UX design.Simplify complex dental practices, insurance workflows, and regulatory requirements into user-friendly experiences.Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Clinical Researchers to define problems, and prototype designs and user experiences.Inspire and support product teams to efficiently implement your UX vision.Qualifications5+ years in B2B enterprise software product design with a strong portfolio of end-to-end experience.Expertise in design principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, competitor analysis, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Proficient in creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma.Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing usability testing through various methods.Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional partners.Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize work based on user needs and business goals, and drive product ideas independently.Enthusiasm for learning, entrepreneurship, and taking projects from inception to launch in a high-growth startup environment.EEOCOverjet is an equal opportunity employer.
