Mott MacDonald is hiring a mid to senior professional in our Digital Services team.
This person will work as part of the Digital Adoption group, alongside other talented individuals to support engineering project teams throughout North America on the set-up and configuration of new projects.
This role will also involve working with existing projects to help adopt preferred tools and techniques.
We are looking for a candidate to join us as we identify and establish digital strategies and preferred practice, select and adopt preferred tools and techniques, and develop and support delivery models.
Success in this role will involve supporting digital delivery in projects while measuring the impact and improved outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with technical practices to ensure preferred software is understood and adopted by project teams
Support projects in early stages on the set-up and configuration of the selected preferred tools and techniques
Document processes of adoption of these preferred tools and techniques
Develop supporting documentation and other guidance which can be applied to adopt digital tool and techniques in a standardized way
Engage with project teams after adoption to assure workflows and technologies work as expected
Establish KPIs to measure Digital Delivery impact on projects
Report KPI results
Implement improvements in collaboration with other teams when needed
Facilitate training and upskilling of project team members and practitioners
Coordinate recruitment and communications
Use Autodesk, Bentley, or ESRI solutions
Travel as needed to job sites to supplement the technology implementation strategy
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture or related discipline with an eagerness to work on the technology implementation side of project delivery
Minimum of 5 years of project delivery experience
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of software indicated above: Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI and others
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, in an organized manner, self-prioritizing workload accordingly
Preferred qualifications:
Experience creating 3D BIM Models and documentation
Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)
Experience with file sharing interoperability between digital environments
Knowledge of data management systems: Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform (ACC), and others
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
