Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)As the ICT Training Officer, you will develop and deliver high-quality, learner-centric blended learning training materials for the Department's Program to support the successful implementation of multiple products.The Training Officer will work within a team of training professionals with the goal that all training plans, artefacts, and the delivery of training align with the Department's Program principles, objectives, and standards.
The Training Officer will also work closely with the Department's Practice and Business training units to ensure that the training is fit for purpose and meets defined learning outcomes for the specified training cohorts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConceptualise, design, and develop high-quality blended learning artefacts to support digital (ICT) adoption.Design high-quality learner-centric digital learning experiences and resources.Design activities for virtual instructor-led training.Proven skills and experience in virtual delivery of software application training on a large transformation project.Knowledge of digital learning principles and practices as well as current and future trends in digital technologies.High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams with different levels of technical knowledge.Ability to assess priorities, problem-solve, manage components of work, and negotiate for positive outcomes.DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTSExperience in working within AGILE ICT project environments.Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).Experience in social services and/or public sector ICT projects, particularly in the delivery of transformative ICT solutions.Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 platforms.Experience in developing training materials that incorporate an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lens.To be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities, please contact Jack McDougall at or email: and quote the above job reference number.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and people living with a disability.
