We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivating coach to lead our UBX sessions based in Mooloolaba, helping our members improve their physical fitness and health through safe and effective exercise programs.Responsibilities:Class Instruction: Plan and lead group fitness classes, including warm-ups, workouts, and holding pads for members, tailored to a variety of fitness levels and goals.Exercise Demonstration & Guidance: Demonstrate proper form and technique for all exercises to prevent injury and ensure safety.Motivation & Support: Inspire and encourage participants to reach their fitness goals, providing personalised feedback.Community Building: Foster a positive, inclusive class environment that encourages social interaction, teamwork, and a sense of community.Equipment & Facility Management: Ensure all fitness equipment is well-maintained, organised, and in proper working order before and after classes.Health & Fitness Advocacy: Educate participants on the benefits of regular physical activity, proper nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.Qualifications:Certification III & IV In FitnessBoxing/pad holding experience not required but will be highly consideredCurrent CPR certificationStrong understanding of exercise physiology and fitness principlesExcellent communication and motivational skillsAbility to create an engaging, energetic, and safe group environmentWork Hours:Flexible, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.If you are looking for a new role as a coach in an exceptional community-based gym, send me a DM as we would love to hear from you!
