Job Details:
As the Training Development Manager of the EATSSO program, you will lead the drive for project development within the program while managing staff across Australia in service delivery. Able to multi-task and lead a diverse portfolio of projects nationally, you will ensure the fulfilment of customer expectations to maintain positive relationships. Development, governance, and modernisation initiatives will be at the centre of your responsibilities, while leading a dynamic team responsible for planning and execution of advanced collective training and enhancing the competitive advantage of the ADF's largest and most advanced teams.
