This position collaborates across Council to identify current and required competencies, capabilities and skills and creates targeted learning solutions that support employee growth and the achievement of Council's strategic objectives.
About You Extensive experience in training and development or a similar roleProven expertise in creating, implementing, and delivering training needs analysis, learning and development plans, and face-to-face training sessionsExceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to consult, liaise, influence, and provide advice and educationStrong time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent oral and written communication skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer serviceComprehensive knowledge, or the ability to acquire knowledge, of Council processes, policies, and systemsProficient in operating computer systems, including HRIS and the MS Office SuiteAbility to work independently with support from managementCurrent Driver's LicenceTo ApplySubmit your application in Word format by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
