About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened for a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our high performing team in Brisbane. This role is integral to supporting our employee relations activities, helping create a positive workplace culture, and providing vital HR guidance to managers and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert HR & ER support and advice, helping resolve complex performance and disciplinary matters while adhering to HR best practices and current legislation. Play an active role in the development and implementation of employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Identify and mitigate workplace risks to ensure a positive employee experience. Collaborate with various teams to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace environment. Support and guide performance management processes in partnership with line managers. Contribute to ER projects and assist in policy reviews, ensuring alignment with legal standards and organisational values. Provide training and guidance on ER practices, contributing to an inclusive and supportive workplace. About you Qualifications and Skills: A tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations, or a related field. Proven experience in a generalist HR or Employee Relations role, ideally with a background in case management. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex ER cases and influence outcomes.
