Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to Technical Superintendent , and work alongside a close-knit team of technical and training professionals. You'll play a critical role in coordinating and delivering the training activities for the Wulkuraka Maintenance Facility . Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business to organise training, deliver inductions and training, and maintain the competency and training framework for the operation.
We'll look to you for:
Conducting training needs analysis for the QNGR operation. Creating training manuals and training content. Creating and updating existing training manuals and technical documentation. Collecting and analysing data from training activities. Coordinating and delivering training for the operation. Conducting competency assessments for a variety of tasks. Reporting on training/competency activities. All about you

A patient and calm demeanor, with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. The proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver training/competency in a professional manner. IT savvy with experience using MS Office tools. Experience in similar role, coordinating and delivering training in an operational/maintenance environment. A Certificate III in Engineering Trade (Mechanical) or similar. Things you'll enjoy
