What will you be doing? Provide support and training to new and existing clientsAssist in the setup/implementation of new clientsProvide support for our partner RMS CloudCreating and documenting online guidesProvide support for the software development teamMeet with clients for in-house and on-site trainingLiaising and setting up connections with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Marriott
 What skills do I need? Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of staff and clientsAbility to build strong relationships using your well-developed interpersonal and communication skillsProven attention to detailAbility to work autonomously at timesSound conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Experience with popular hospitality software such as Homhero, RMS, NewBook, Console, PropertyMe an advantagePrevious experience with software training is highly desiredExperience within the accommodation industry is highly desiredTrust accounting knowledge an advantage
