Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Leeds 25,000 - 27,000 Per Annum + Commission Search is recruiting Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Leeds office.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Generating new business opportunities through B2B sales and business development.Sourcing new candidates through industry-leading job boards, social media, and referrals.You will receive award-winning training from our dedicated Talent Development team, who will support you at every step of your career with Search.
You will enrol in three training programmes to quickly develop your skills, with 1:1 coaching and online learning.
