We are looking to recruit an experienced Technology Solutions Segment Lead to join our high performance team on a  Permanent Full Time basis, with the successful candidate able to work from any of the following offices: Macquarie Park (Sydney) – free onsite parking, 4 minutes walk from Macquarie Park train station; South Brisbane – brand new offices overlooking the lovely Southbank Parklands; Melbourne CBD office  Position Overview As a senior member of the Technology Solutions Team, the Technology Solutions Segment Lead is responsible for providing identification, design and delivery of technology solutions that enable ISS to optimally meet the needs of their clients and contracted obligations.
You will help define, build and manage the technology solutions in an agile environment – being responsible for solutioning, new customers onboarding, on-going system enhancements and working with vendors and global development teams to deliver the end-to-end solution.
Guiding and collaborating with internal and external technology specialists, you will identify and resolve design and implementation issues to ensure solutions are "fit-for-purpose".
As a senior member of the Technology Solutions team, you are an influential individual who communicates and builds strong relationships across the team, the business, vendor-partners and clients.
You are knowledgeable of software development lifecycle, management processes, and tools as well as industry best practices.
You stay up to date with new and emerging consumer/industry trends with technology.
With a commercial and global mindset, you anticipate opportunities and trends in business technology to recommend change and innovation to enhance product and service delivery.

Career development via our internal Learning Management System  The successful candidate will require: Minimum 7 years experience across: Application and Solution Design across a diverse set of technologies including CRM, BI, digital/mobile and integration technologies Systems or business project delivery in a technical, functional or architectural lead capacity Experience in technology delivery projects utilising both off-the-shelf technologies and custom-built technologies.
Project management and change management Deep understanding of object oriented programming, relational database design and application architecture and integration patterns.
Experience with Asset Management or Field Service Management technologies.
Experience with designing and developing solutions for non-functional requirements (e.g.
performance tuning, load-testing and security) Proficient with relevant software development tools and processes such as Jira, CI/CD and DevOps.
Tertiary IT or business qualifications A strong commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery Additional desirable criteria would include: Strong experience with Microsoft desktop suite, Microsoft Project Project Management or Agile certification (such as PM, Prince2 or Scrum) Technology qualification (e.g.
