APM, a leading provider in smoke alarm services, boasts an extensive clientele in the real estate sector across the greater Brisbane area, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast. Specializing in domestic and rental properties, we ensure compliance with smoke alarm legislation, including servicing, maintenance and functionality of our client's smoke alarms.

Our Smoke Alarm Technicians: Carry out smoke alarm tests to meet compliance.Install, maintain and repairs to smoke alarms.Submit reports on inspections and communicate on quoted works required.Maintain vehicle stock levels.Liaising with property managers and tenants.
