Accountable for end-to-end service management, risk, delivery and financials for their village Support the village with operating model principles including QBR, OKR and strategic priorities Setting a clear vision and strategy, communicate 'the story' well to key stakeholders and the rest of the village Partner with senior stakeholders across Lob and Group Tech to drive and implement the Technology strategy Provide guidance to key LOB business stakeholders to foster the right standard of engagement, communication (and management of expectations), issue management and ultimately satisfaction with the activities of GroupTech Support the Heads of to actively manage demand to ensure its appropriately prioritised, funded, resourced and aligned with the LOB and GroupTech strategy Structure, plan and execute major project activities, ensuring efficient and quality execution, on budget/schedule delivery and full realisation of expected benefits.
Serve as an escalation point for Technology Service Owners (squad leads) Taking accountability for service/product decisions in the fast-paced environment Managing cross-squad and village dependencies, with a focus on driving collaboration Actively manage supplier/3rd party partners and vendors Ensuring the activities of the village remain within risk appetite People leadership accountabilities, including developing strategic workforce plans and developing village capability and a higher and more consistent standard of maturity in conjunction with the Heads of.

What do I need?
Experience in leveraging Agile and DevOps principals, preferably in a finance or risk and reg domain Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
Strong vendor management skills with the ability to challenge and negotiate with vendors.
