You will be working in an Australian-owned and based company with subsidiary operations in New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines.
The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for a suitably qualified, technically skilled candidate with experience in repairing laptops and desktops, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Work for a global organisation with an excellent reputationWork autonomously with the ability to plan your workdayMonthly lucrative incentive/bonus available based on set KPI's Responsibilities: Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.Set up hardware, install and configure software + driversMaintain and repair technological equipment or peripheral devicesPerform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updatedKeep records of repairs and fixes for future referenceOffer timely technical support and teach new colleagues during their training periodKeep up to date with certificationsTest notebooks and computer serversIdentify and troubleshoot software and hardware issuesTear down and replace system partsRepair notebooks and computer server partsResolve technical issues and make documentationDiagnose computer servers' issues by using different types of test equipment and toolsDisassemble and reassemble computer units as per work instructionsComplete paperwork precisely and on timeTroubleshoot computer programs and networksInstall computer hardware and softwareWhat are we looking for?
