Your new company
A leading and renowned national Managed Service Provider (MSP) with offices across Australia are seeking a permanent hands-on Technical Support Engineer to join their team. Working from Brisbane, this role will involve delivering helpdesk and onsite support to various customers.
Your new role
Established several years ago to initially service the needs of those across regional NSW, over time this organisation has expanded to support customers all across Australia. Due to being both an advocate for employee wellbeing and for only providing fit for purpose solutions to their clients, this has caused their business to flourish. As such they are seeking to expand their Brisbane-based technical team.
From performing a wide variety of troubleshooting across many technologies, to providing outstanding customer service, some of your day-to-day duties will include:
Managing multiple clients with different priorities and working in multi-tenant setupsSetting up and maintaining multiple M365 environments, configuring permissions, hybrid set-ups, and conditional access policiesHandling break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, and hardware repairsSupporting online and on-prem servers, desktops, and applicationsRemote monitoring of PCs, servers, routers, and switchesTravel to and from client locations across BrisbaneProviding exceptional customer serviceWhat you'll need to succeed
You will possess a wealth of experience in Technical Support and be ready for your next career opportunity. Your key competencies will include:
Proficiency in M365 tenancy administration beyond basic user management is crucialWorking within the Managed Service Provider DomainStrong understanding of security and compliance features within M365 (setting up DLP policies, configuring retention policies, securing communications etc.)Experience in handling identity and access management (MFA set up, self-service password reset policies, managing admin roles)Experience with administering Microsoft Intune for device management and setting up Autopilot deploymentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat you'll get in return
You will be offered a permanent role with a leading and national Managed Service Provider in Brisbane with great career growth, culture and working practices. Your annual remuneration will fall anywhere between $80,000 - $100,000 + Super, and will be decided based on qualifications and merit.
