We are recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative to join us and represent Master Builders Solutions Australia in Adelaide and across the state of SA/WA.

Responsibilities:

Focus on driving key customer initiatives, delivering sustainable solutions, and identifying cost-saving measures that contribute to long-term business relationships.
Manage key accounts and business targets, ensuring consistent engagement with clients and business growth.
Achieve financial goals and targets as set by the business, fostering future growth and long-term sustainability.
Actively participate in industry committees and boards, directly contributing to business goals and keeping the organization at the forefront of industry advancements.
Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to promote the product range to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Provide expert technical knowledge and support to customers as required, ensuring that their needs are met with innovative solutions.
Engage in customer trials, closely monitoring outcomes, and reporting findings to continuously enhance product and service offerings.
Maintain a strong current customer base while consistently identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business expansion.
Assist and learn from the Senior Technical Representatives when and as required.

Requirements:

Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
Strong practical sense and problem-solving abilities.
Dedication to customer service and building trust.
Understanding of Construction industry/processes/technologies.
2-3+ years sales experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work closely with a supportive team and willingness to undergo training.
Ability to be flexible in travel commitments.
Positive outlook, good work ethic, and ability to build relationships.

Qualifications:

A degree in Engineering or Business would be looked upon desirably but is not mandatory.
Relevant industry knowledge; Underground mining sector exposure is desirable but not mandatory.
Underground mining sales experience is not required but will be looked upon favorably.
Chemical, Civil, Mining & Geotechnical Graduate engineers are encouraged to apply.
