The role: The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in the Electrical and Renewable Offering division (SEARO) of Symal Group.
Your impact: You will drive engineering solutions for key SEARO projects, including high voltage systems and renewable energy initiatives such as wind and solar farms.
Your every day: Designing and implementing innovative electrical solutions for high voltage and renewable energy projects.Leading project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.Mentoring and developing a skilled engineering team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Overseeing the tendering process, ensuring competitive and client-aligned proposals.Collaborating with procurement and estimating teams to ensure accurate project costing and efficient resource allocation.Who are you? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in high voltage systems and renewable energy projects.Proven track record in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.Strong understanding of electrical design principles, codes, and industry standards.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-divisional teamwork.A career with us Symal is an equal opportunity employer.
