They will then work with the development team to ensure that products are built to meet our business requirements.
In addition, this role will analyse and interpret business problems to identify the root cause, present solutions, and facilitate the implementation of these solutions.
This is a 7-month fixed-term parental leave contract, based in our offices in Fortitude Valley.
This role will report to the Head of ERP & Web Development and is part of the ERP & Web Development team that sits within the Digital & Business Solutions.
What's required to succeed:Tertiary qualifications in business administration, technology-related or data management field.3+ years' experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.Knowledge of relevant technology and Business Intelligence concepts.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team and across departments.Accuracy and attention to detail.Understanding of technical concepts and terminologies and can express these in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria, that are easily understood by developers, testers, and stakeholders.Preferred:Ability to keep up with IT advancements.Exceptional communications skills toward facilitating the use of the new software systems.Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.Experiences working in industry sectors such as Defence, Emergency Services or Not-for-Profit.Embracing collaboration and innovation, we work as one to lead the change veterans need.
