About the opportunity Due to our strategic growth, we are looking to appoint a Team Leader who is experienced, passionate, and dedicated to making a difference. This is an administrative/hands-on focused role where you will be responsible for the effective and safe running of our sites.

We are looking for a person with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage teams.
Female candidates only.Must be able to work outside of operational hours when required (e.g., weekends, sleepovers & active nights, if required).Demonstrated ability to engage with client stakeholders and maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and care team.Strong administrative skills - computing, reporting, and rosters, etc.Experience in conflict management.Medication administration.WHS Compliance management.Mandatory requirements Cert III or higher in Disability Services or 12 months experience.Preference will be given to candidates with SIL accommodation experience.NDIS Worker Screening Check.NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You).Working with Children Check (underage participants only).Driver's Licence.Car Insurance.Reliable vehicle.Additional skillset: Experience with Autism & complex behaviours.Personal care experience.Must be available for sleepover shifts.At least 1 year as a DSW in NDIS sector.Must have current CPR and First Aid and practice.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
