And if it can be measured, it can also be realized.Learn more about FARO here.This is a hybrid opportunity out of our Lake Mary, Florida office or our Atlanta, Georgia office with the requirement of 2x in office weekly.How you will make a difference @ FARO:Lead a team of technologists and manage performanceParticipate in the translation of business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications, architecture, and implementation conceptsProvide technical guidance to enable team decisionsMonitor and drive team effectiveness and efficienciesCreate a culture of collaboration that leverages team members' strengths, within a remote settingConduct hiring interviews for technical candidatesEnsure effective communication takes place at the team and department levelRequired Qualifications:5+ years of SAP Sales & Distribution functional experience in a sales and distribution environment and preferably, in a contract manufacturing environment3 years experience as a functional SAP SD SME including working with and leading staff located in FARO's Porta (Portugal) delivery center and other contractors and AMS2 full life cycle SD implementation experienceStrong SD configuration experienceAt least 5 years delivering projects, enhancements, and supporting sustainmentExperienced in facilitating and participating in design and design workshops, requirements capture, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-careExperienced and comfortable developing work-related artifacts including technical requirements, test scripts, training related documentation etc.Customer Service orientedExcellent problem solving, root cause analysis skills. Able to readily diagnose system deficiencies and independently design and implement effective solutions to complex technical problemsDemonstrated ability to take ownership and manage technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activitiesDemonstrated experience in a technical leadership role on the project level, ideally with hands-on technical experienceSolid technical experienceWell respected and builds followershipIs self-aware and adaptable to others' needsIs resilient, manages change and ambiguity effectivelyQuickly learns from and applies learning to new experiencesPreferred Qualifications:SAP certification in Sales and DistributionExperience with SAP CPQ and interfacesFARO offersFARO has excellent benefits for you and your family.
