About the roleABOUT THE ROLE - This is a two year maximum term position The Talent Wellbeing Lead is a member of the AFL's Mental Health and Wellbeing team and is responsible for leading and managing a team of people tasked with delivering a wellbeing program designed to enhance the development of young athletes in a high-performance sporting environment.
The role is focused on providing people leadership, support and guidance to staff.
