As the organization continues to experience significant growth, they are excited to welcome a motivated Talent Partner to join the HR team and contribute to their ongoing success.About the RoleIn this pivotal position, the Talent Partner will lead local, national, and international talent acquisition efforts, closely collaborating with the Director of People and Operations.
The primary responsibility will be to attract and onboard top talent, particularly for roles such as Early Childhood Teachers, Educators, and inclusion support specialists.
The Talent Partner will manage comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes, from obtaining role approvals, to coordinating interviews and ensuring seamless onboarding, while developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with wider organizational goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, industry networks, and professional associations will also be a key part of this role, ensuring the organization continues to source the best talent available.About the Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the education, retail, or not-for-profit sectors.
A strong background in international recruitment is desirable, as is the ability to welcome and integrate new cultures into the wider organisation.Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
