A talent acquisition specialist is required for an immediate start - temporary to permanent opportunity.Our client is in the midst of transformation and change due to growth, which has created the opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join the team.You will act as a strategic sourcing partner to your hiring managers and be actively involved in shaping the efficiencies and systems to proactively create best practice in talent acquisition.Duties and responsibilities will include:Partnering with Hiring Managers to comprehend their manpower plans for the future and utilise data and analytics to forecast future requirementsTailor recruitment strategies to support the required portfolioCreation of talent pipelines for current and future requirementsComprehend the existing market conditions and trends to advise accordinglyReview and develop efficiencies within the talent acquisition processEnsure that emphasis is placed upon ED&ICoach and develop hiring managers to ensure the best talent acquisition outcomesProactively promote the organisation's branding and EVP with external and internal stakeholdersPositively contribute to networking eventsEnsure the best candidate experience and managementThis position will commence on an immediate basis, and therefore it is essential that you have no notice period to offer. You must be able to commit to the opportunity on a temporary to permanent basis.Aside from your end to end recruitment excellence, you must be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and your ability to proactively create talent pipelines.
