As a Talent Solutions Specialist, you will act as an Account and Delivery Manager within the Brennan IT Staff Augmentation department in WA. This includes working with the highly engaged Brennan customer portfolio to deliver on Talent Solutions including consultant/contractor placements and permanent hires.
Your responsibilities:
Working with customers to understand their project pipelines to assist with resource forecasting and planning along with providing analysis around commercials for budget approvalsWorking with customers to assist with the scoping of job descriptions and requirementsPrepare and manage sourcing strategiesScreen, test and interview consultants to create pre-qualified talent pools for current and future opportunitiesCreate and submit consultant profiles to clientsMake verbal offers and undertake rate negotiation as applicableEnsure all candidates have a consistent, positive and customer-focused experience throughout the recruitment processWhat experience you will bring to the team: Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment of IT or professional services rolesStrategic and consultative in approachDemonstrable stakeholder/account management/account development skillsStrong commercial acumenPossess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivatedCompetitive with a strong desire to winMust be a results-driven individual and be customer-focusedProven ability to multi-task and prioritize workloadExperience selling staff augmentation services would be advantageousNote: As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.Curious about a career with us?
