Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) ExGroup is a specialist valve services and products business, along with mechanical support and labour hire services supplying to the Energy & Resources industry across Australia. We assist clients throughout the lifecycle of a project from construction through the commissioning and operations and maintenance.
We are looking for a HR Manager to foster the EXGROUP culture of excellence and engagement. This person needs to be the go-to person for everything Human Resources related, including creating a supportive and collaborative work culture, supporting both our internal activities, as well as our site and client-based activities. Partnering with Line Managers, you will provide strategies for talent management, process improvement, and effectiveness.
The role: Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Develop new, review, and refurbish existing policies and procedures to ensure alignment, and ensure these processes are operating effectively.Keep up to date with HR practices.Create positive change and proactively resolve employee issues.Develop a process for recruitment processes and attracting potential staff.Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees.Coordinate training and development activities to help our team reach their full potential.Maintain employee records and documentation systems.Other tasks include involvement with recruitment, onboarding, reviews, and culture-building activities.About you: Tertiary education in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or similar.3 - 5 years experience in HR roles including HR management.Experience with coaching employees and management through issues.Experience with implementing HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
