Manager HR Business Partners – Operations

to join our INPEX People & Capability team in

Perth

on an Employee Permanent contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.Key responsibilities include:Lead the Operations HR Business Partner Teams Onshore, Offshore and in Perth to support the HR strategy, providing expert HR support across field and support operations.Serve as a trusted advisor to the operations leadership team, developing HR solutions that support business objectives.Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, addressing workforce challenges, and promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture in a complex, fast-paced environment.Collaborate with HR leadership to design, implement, and evaluate HR strategies that align with business priorities and enhance operational performance.Successful candidates will have the following:Degree in Human Resources ManagementBroad experience in HR management or similar rolesDemonstrable experience providing high level HR business partnering service in both corporate and operations, maintenance, and/or projects settingsIn-depth knowledge of labour laws, contemporary HR policies, and employment instruments relevant to field operations.Effective leadership skills, including strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.Closing date for applications is 26.11.2024.
