Talent Acquisition Specialist

This individual will be responsible for proactively elevating our 'employer of choice' employer brand in order to identify and attract new talent to join the company.
This will include but is not limited to continuously enhancing our career sites externally, improving our profile and engagement strategies across social media, and leveraging internal ambassadors to showcase our culture.
This person will also need to be highly analytical to assess outreach effectiveness and continuously improve our approach on how we go to market.
