The opportunity  We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us recruit Doctors and Allied Health Professionals across Bupa.
Our Doctors and Allied Health recruitment team balance a big portfolio spanning multiple business units and every state in Australia.
We support Bupa Medical Visa Services, Department of Veterans' Affairs Clinical Advisory Services, ADF Health Services Contract and well as other Bupa businesses such as Optical, Aged Care, Clinical Governance and Health Insurance.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in helping us attract, engage, and retain the best clinical specialist talent in the industry.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, and you can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
How will I help?
Provide seamless end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of Doctors and Allied Health professionals.
Duties including taking a job brief, writing and posting job ads, screening, identifying candidates for talent pools, interviewing, background checking, and delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers.
Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, industry events and referrals to identify potential candidates Using your creative (and targeted!)
sourcing techniques, you'll find suitable qualified talent for specific roles and skills Conduct talent mapping, proactive search and provision of market intel to continuously look for new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent Participate in continuous improvement projects to ensure exceptional talent acquisition service to maintain attraction and retention of quality candidates.

What do I need?
We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience recruiting medical roles (internal or agency) is an adept relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills works well with both people and details – this role balances customer interactions (hiring leaders, stakeholders and candidates) with lots of legislative frameworks, nuanced processes and compliance activity - so you'll need to be great at both has a tangible customer focus and solutions-orientated approach – we partner with our business closely to make sure we deliver what they need.
