The Role And Responsibilities

As an experienced recruiter your role will support the Senior TA Partner, liaising with the hiring managers and play a pivotal role in managing the front end of the recruitment process. Some of your key responsibilities will include:-

Meet face-to-face with hiring managers to take detailed job briefs
Write and post job advertisements across various platforms
Review applications, phone screening
Present shortlists to the hiring managers
Talent sourcing - identify and nurture top talent
Manage and keep up to date the applicant tracking system
Assist with the onboarding process

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing top-tier talent in a competitive market and ability to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within a healthcare setting
Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency using Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn
