Talent Acquisition Lead - Retail

YOUR MISSION We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the People and Organisation team!
The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for our Retail Stores in Australia and New Zealand. The role will work closely with Area Managers and Store Managers to assess recruiting needs in the stores and will lead the recruitment process including creating job advertisements, shortlisting of candidates, interviewing of candidates, identifying high caliber candidates and hiring those candidates.
YOUR TALENT University degree

Profound experience in the field of recruiting preferable in the retail industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Drive for Results

Well organized and proactive working style

MS Office: Advanced

Workday knowledge preferable
