Position Overview: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team, with a focus on recruiting blue-collar workers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop recruitment strategies, support HR functions, and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with trade schools. Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Engage with employees to address concerns and support their development. Assist in maintaining company culture and values through strategic hiring. Work with the HR team on onboarding, offboarding, and policy updates. Handle administrative HR tasks such as documentation, payroll, and meeting coordination. Requirements: A degree in HR, business, or a related field (experience in blue-collar recruitment is a plus but not required). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt recruitment best practices. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
