ABOUT OUR ROLE

Warrikal are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in our West Perth office. As part of our broader finance team and working within a payroll team of 4, this role will be responsible for administering our fortnightly payroll for both our staff and workforce personnel. 

Our Role
Reporting to our Senior Payroll Officer, in this role you will:
Processing of fortnightly payroll accurately and on time  Reconciliation of PAYG, superannuation and other general payroll related tasks  Assist with the timely reconciliation and verification of large volumes of timesheets for our site based employees Accurately maintain payroll data and records within our current and future payroll systems  Provide timely support and responses for our employees when questions or queries are raised regarding pay Maintain a high attention to detail and understanding of the different parameters surrounding billable hours for the companies various clients ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a related payroll position with a broad understanding of various legislation (taxation and superannuation)  Able to prioritise tasks and demonstrate good time management skills, particularly relating to strict deadlines Very strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy An openminded approach to people, with the ability to work with various stakeholders WHY WARRIKAL?
