In this role, you will manage a portfolio of homes and lead the implementation of our recruitment strategy and ensure processes and compliance are adhered to.This role will include posting job ads, proactive sourcing, managing campaigns, phone screen interviews, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, background/reference checks, and managing job offers and onboarding documentation. You will also be involved in open days and careers expos.We are looking for someone who has:Significant recruitment experience. High volume recruitment experience is desirable.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns.A strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficiency with current technology (including MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems).As one of the largest and fastest-growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of changing the way we offer aged care.
