Work type: Permanent Full time Region: VIC- Melbourne CBD Work within our broader Talent function – great for career progressionExperience exciting momentum with support from awesome leadersRecognised as a top 2 employer on the 2024 LinkedIn Top Companies list to grow your careerIn this Talent Acquisition Associate role, you will: Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment services applying best practice methodologiesBe a talent magnet to source, engage and select diverse talent via effective sourcing channelsSupport and deliver TA strategies that contribute to hiring diverse and quality hires for NABProvide TA advisory to stakeholders to ensure NAB delivers on its commitments today and into the futureWork within the broader TA team to add ideas and input to continuously improve our service offeringWhat you'll bring: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in complex environments, ideally with a foundation in a recruitment agencyExperience proactively sourcing passive candidates through various channels - ATS, LinkedIn etc.Strong problem-solving skills and able to deliver in ambiguous environmentsCustomer-obsessed approach for both business stakeholders and candidates alikeSuperb stakeholder management skills across a broad stakeholder groupA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
