System Engineer - Servicenow At Mining Company (Ph-Based Only, Remote)

We are looking for a System Engineer to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our Laos-based client.
For this role, we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

We value the multicultural makeup of our workforce and harness this for our ongoing success. Your responsibilities will include: ServiceNow Development and Administration: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure optimal performance and scalability of ServiceNow applications.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Incident and Problem Management: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow and services.
Proactively identify and address potential problems to minimize service disruptions. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow applications and best practices. Security and Compliance: Ensure that all systems and applications comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
Implement security best practices and perform regular audits and assessments. To be successful in this role, you will require: Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven 2 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on ServiceNow and administration. Either: Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API) and administration, or strong knowledge of M365 development tools and technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework). Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues promptly and effectively. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with team members.
