The successful candidate will be part of a welcoming, respectful and inclusive team with great opportunities for professional growth.What you'll do:Install and configure software applications optimised for performance and securityRegularly update and patch applications to protect against vulnerabilitiesAct as primary point of contact for application-related inquiriesCreate and update documentation related to application installation, configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and user guidesWork closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing infrastructure and systemsIdentify opportunities to streamline application-related processes, enhance user experience, and optimise system performanceWhat you bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years experience as a System Administrator or Application SpecialistFamiliarity with virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is desirableSolid understanding of networking principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsNV2 Clearance (ideal), NV1 Clearance (acceptable), or Australian Citizen (minimum)What sets this company apart:This organisation is committed to making the world a better place through innovation and collaboration.
