The opportunity If you want to join a team who are continually driving toward the future, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Support and Installation Consultant to join our Registration Solutions team. The Registration Solutions Team is integral to the Financial Management Office. Registration Solutions is a specialised, standalone division of Pentana Solutions, dealing primarily with the vehicle registration process in dealerships for new and used vehicles.
The Support - Installation Consultant serves as the primary business contact for the Registration Solutions clients and is responsible for client satisfaction. This is a fantastic entry-level position to kick start your administration career.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Log all help desk interactions, ensuring all assigned calls are resolved, or escalated in a timely mannerProvide exceptional customer services to all clients (internal and external)Connect to the Queensland Transport & Main Roads (TMR) systems and edit/update/remove database entries as and when necessaryProvide reliable and accurate knowledge, expertise and practical application when interacting with all stakeholders regarding vehicle registrationsAssist team members with troubleshooting support requestsFrom time to time, as required, perform installations and conduct trainingQualifications Secondary School Completion CertificateClear Criminal Record (National Police Criminal Check required)Experience & Knowledge Excellent professional communication, both written and verbalHigh proficiency in the MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel and MS WordA background in the automotive industry is desirableKnowledge of the vehicle registration process is desirable.What's in it for me?
