About the role: Our Staffing team are genuinely motivated to have the right mix of staff rostered, at the right time to allow our teams to deliver incredible programs that engage the children in our care, as well as ensure compliance to industry regulations.
The Staffing Engagement Administrator serves as the main contact for our internal casual staff, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Responsibilities include managing staffing inquiries, scheduling, and providing administrative assistance.
This role supports Staffing Coordinators, contributing to overall efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from internal casual staff members and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Utilize the Freshdesk ticketing system to manage and prioritize staff inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of interactions.
Assist with the onboarding process for new casual staff members, providing them with necessary information, resources, and support.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to facilitate the placement of new staff members into their initial shifts.
Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to manage staffing schedules and assignments effectively, considering staff availability, skills, and operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of staff assignments, availability, and contact information in relevant systems.
Provide general administrative support to the Staffing Services Team, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency within the staffing function.
