Position overview Part-time, (48 hours per fortnight), On-going position Based at Warrnambool campus with expectation of coverage across all South West Healthcare sites Occupational Health Nurse, Social Worker, Psychologist welcome to apply with remuneration based on qualifications and experience up to equivalent of Social Work Grade 3 What you bring Experienced clinician with a background in counselling Strong appreciation for evidence-based counselling and coping strategies Values compassion and confidentiality Awareness of challenges created by organisational dynamics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Demonstrated good judgment and effective work planning Strong decision-making abilities Solid understanding of organisational dynamics within the healthcare system.
