Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting a Solution Architect contract to 30/6/25 (five year program of work) with a leading organisation focused on transforming mental health and addiction services in Queensland.
Based in central Brisbane with flexible working, our client is at the forefront of implementing a strategic initiative aimed at improving outcomes for Queenslanders facing mental health challenges and substance use issues.
About the Role: In this pivotal position, you will develop innovative solutions that align with the enterprise vision of the Digital Transformation Program .
You'll be working with a great team that prioritises a positive culture, ensuring that collaboration and support are at the heart of everything they do.
Your key responsibilities will include: Data Migration: Guiding the transition from on-premises systems to an enterprise data platform, utilising modern tools to enhance data management.
Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders and the broader teams to ensure successful implementation.
Workshops & Advisory: Leading workshops and serving as a key member of the technical advisory group, helping a non-technical team navigate technical challenges.
Cloud Solutions: Focusing on data warehouse migration to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Databricks , with an eye towards integrating AI and machine learning into future  You will have: Proven experience in solution architecture within healthcare or related domains.
Expertise in data management and cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to guide a diverse team through complex challenges.
Experience with data warehouse migration from on-premises to cloud—highly desirable.
Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in healthcare.
Excellent relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
