Social Emotional Wellbeing Counsellor x 1 The Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service is seeking to fill the above position in its Clinic in Geraldton.
The SEWB Counsellor is essential in promoting a client centred, trauma Informed approach to the delivery of services and a collaborative working culture to achieve the best possible outcomes for GRAMS clients. This includes providing counselling and social and emotional wellbeing support services to assist people to deal with a wide range of issues including grief and loss, depression, domestic and family violence family and/or relationship matters and any other issues which impact on social and emotional wellbeing.
The occupant of this position will be expected to comply with and demonstrate positive commitment to the highest level of achievement in Equal Employment Opportunity. It's essential that the candidate has an unrestricted "C" class drivers licence and the ability to pass a Police Clearance and Drug and Alcohol testing.
